Job Description
Taylor Corporation is looking for an Oracle Applications Systems Analyst to join their support team for their Oracle Cloud environment. The ideal candidate has experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Microsoft SQL Server. This role will be responsible for support, troubleshooting, and validation of their integration environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud in a technical support role
- Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
- Ability to understand and analyze raw data
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and systems
- Ability to follow pre-defined procedures for testing and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
