Job Description
The Project Manager - Client Services (Title Manager) role involves fostering strong relationships with clients, managing projects, and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, tracking schedules, and identifying potential project issues. The ideal candidate has experience in client-facing roles, project management, and localization industry experience, with proficiency in Korean and English.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a client-facing role
- Project management experience
- Video streaming platform project management experience
- Native/professional/advanced spoken & written proficiency in Korean
- Fluent English skills
- Understanding of localization / media processes
- Experience managing the localization of content to different regions
- Proficient with MS Office suite of programs
