Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud development
• Proficiency in Demandware Script, ISML, pipelines, controllers, and other Salesforce Commerce Cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, including SEO, online marketing, and customer experience optimization
• Proven experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications are a plus
