Financial Controller

Demant Canada is seeking a Financial Controller to lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for its Canadian operations, reporting to the Head of Finance (Canada) and working closely with regional and global finance teams.

Requirements

• CPA designation (CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including time in a Controller or senior accounting role
• Experience within a multinational, shared services, or matrix organization strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and Canadian statutory requirements
• Experience with ERP systems (MS Navision experience an asset)
• Proven ability to manage audits, controls, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven and strong problem analyzing and solving skills
