Job Description
We are seeking a Telemarketing Assistant to join our Contact Centre team in Portadown, GB. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, diary management, and representing Hidden Hearing as a brand ambassador. We offer a competitive salary, commission pay, and a range of benefits.
Requirements
- Manage all inbound and outbound calls and ensure weekly, quarterly and annual targets are met
- Diary Management – ensure all online Diary Management system notes and call statuses are correct, accurate and up-to-date
- Represent Hidden Hearing as a brand ambassador and uphold our core values on a daily basis
