Requirements

• Project Initiation / Integration: Lead the initiation and planning of highly complex, strategic projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Project Schedule and Resource Management: Lead and motivate high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment mentoring project team members on project management best practices.
• Stakeholder and Communication Management: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans, ensuring effective and timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Negotiations and Contract Management: Support negotiation of complex contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Cost and Financial Management: Develop and manage complex project budgets, ensuring adherence to approved funding levels.
• Risk Mgt & Problem Solving: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
