Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised Project Scheduler to create and maintain project schedules, collaborating with project managers and teams to evaluate progress and propose remedial actions. Ideal candidates have industry knowledge and experience in project scheduling, with an engineering background and proficiency in project scheduling software.
Requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop and generate new schedules
- Gather progress information and challenge project teams to maintain project schedules
- Proactively highlight issues and delays with project managers and propose mitigation and remedial actions
- Analyse hours spent vs progress to provide potential earned value models
- Exploit opportunities to improve project performance or reducing risk
- Support and help Project Managers in their own scheduling
