Dematic is seeking a Software Support and Development Engineer to join their Global Software Organisation in the UK. The role involves providing 2nd level support to customers, collaborating with global software teams, and developing software for warehouse management systems.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with software architectures and software development in Java
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management/Execution systems
• Experience within a similar 2nd line IT or Software support function
• Experience in Java software development
• Confident handling of databases (Oracle)
• Willingness to share 24/7 on-call duties with the team
• Ability to travel when needed
