Job Description
At DEME, we empower you to shape your own career journey. As a Project QHSE Engineer – Offshore, you play a key role in safeguarding the health, safety, environmental and quality standards on our international offshore sites.
Requirements
- Support project teams with risk assessments, Safety & Environmental audits, and incident investigations.
- Promote a strong QHSE culture on offshore sites through toolbox talks, inductions, coaching and daily engagement.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with QHSE regulations, industry standards and DEME procedures.
- Contribute to safety campaigns, training initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Collect, analyze and report QHSE data to support decision-making and highlight key risks.
- Maintain close communication with the QHSE department and relevant project stakeholders.
