Talent Pool: Second Mate II/2 - II/1 - Dredging

DEME is seeking a Second Mate II/2 - II/1 - Dredging with experience in dredging and a strong awareness of Health, Safety and Environment to work on Hopper dredgers (TSHD) and Cutter dredgers (CSD) worldwide.

Requirements

• Work experience on a Hopper dredger (TSHD) or Cutter dredger (CSD)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in nautical sciences or MBO-4 or HBO education in a maritime academy or nautical institute
• COO (Certificate of Competency in accordance with the international convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers 1995)
• Fluent English
• Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, Seafarers Medical
• Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Environment
• Hands-on and no-nonsense mentality
• Preferably basic experience in dredging
