Talent Pool: Third Engineer III/1 - Dredging

We are seeking a Third Engineer III/1 for our Hopper dredgers and Cutter dredgers to maintain the engines and technical installations on board. The successful candidate will have experience on a Hopper dredger or Cutter dredger, a maritime education in Engineering, and a Certificate of Competency Officer in charge of an Engineer watch (III/1) or Second Engineer (III/2).

Requirements

• Experience on a Hopper dredger (TSHD) or Cutter dredger (CSD)
• Maritime education in Engineering
• Certificate of Competency Officer in charge of an Engineer watch (III/1) or Second Engineer (III/2)
• STCW VI/6 Security Awareness or VI/6 Designated Security (preferable)
• Valid Passport, Seamans Book and Seafarers Medical
• Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Environment
• Hands-on and no nonsense mentality
• Fluent English language skills
