Requirements

• Oversee complex fiscal reorganization files for partners
• Involved in our clients' commercial transactions
• Prepares tax opinions and formulates recommendations on tax planning
• Ensure the implementation of proposed solutions to clients and their fiscal consequences
• Identifies technical problems and opportunities for intervention for clients
• Provides support to the team during complex tax issues
• Actively participates in the quality control committee of reorganizations and tax planning
• Serves as a mentor and coach to tax professionals to help them realize their full potential
• Involved in the growth of the firm through training, recruitment, and/or business development
