Job Description
Democracy Prep Public Schools seeks an Associate Director of HS STEM to advance instructional excellence in high school math and science instruction across the network of schools. Requirements
- Subject matter expert in high school math and science instruction
- Experience in instructional leadership (dean, assistant principal, or principal)
- Strong relationships with principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, and teachers
- Data-driven educator with ability to analyze assessment results
- Strong communicator with ability to provide clear, actionable feedback
- Systems thinker with understanding of curriculum, assessment, and instructional coaching
