Director of Development (26-27)

The Director of Development will own Democracy Prep's philanthropic growth strategy and revenue engine, leading the development of a multi-year strategy aligned with the organization's Strategic Plan. This role will drive measurable results across individual, foundation, corporate, and institutional giving, and will be responsible for securing major gifts, building relationships with donors, and cultivating a culture of philanthropy within the organization.
