Job Description
The Electrical Controls Engineer 4 will be responsible for designing, programming, debugging, and supporting automated systems within the facility. This role involves offering electrical design input, assisting with development efforts, troubleshooting equipment, and leading projects. The engineer must have a strong understanding of PLC, HMI, and robotics systems, and excellent teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Develop cost estimates for electrical systems.
- Design electrical hardware circuit and safety control circuit.
- Create electrical hardware drawings and schematics.
- Lead projects including design review meetings.
- Program machine software (PLC, robot, vision, HMI, etc.).
- Debug programming during machine build.
- Research, develop, design, and implement new technologies.
