Treatment Coordinator

Discusses doctor-proposed treatment plan and associated cost with patient and/or legal guardian. Informs patient of their fiscal responsibilities, if applicable. Assists patients with third party billing systems, i.e., CareCredit. Reviews dental records for proper coding.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• No prior experience necessary
• Valid driver's license, proof of valid vehicle insurance, and annual Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Knowledge of CDT Codes and ability to pass bi-annual Dental Depot CDT codes test
