Banking Litigation Associate - 2-5 PAE - Sydney

We're seeking a Banking Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to provide dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency expertise to top Australian trading banks and private creditors.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience working in general commercial or banking disputes
• Interest in working for the top-end of the financial services sector
• Ability to manage contentious matters in a relatively autonomous fashion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for mentoring junior team members
• Collaborative and confident approach to stakeholder engagement
