Junior Solicitor - Recovery & Restructuring - 1-2 yrs PAE

This role offers a unique mix of work in our Recovery & Restructuring practice, working with major lenders, banks, and insolvency practitioners, as well as Indigenous organisations and foundations. You will provide advice on complex debt recovery and litigation, insolvency and restructuring, and general commercial advice.

Requirements

• Strong academic background
• 1-2 years of post-admission experience gained in a commercial law firm
• Desire and ability to learn from the team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
