Legal Administrative Assistant

Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for a Legal Administrative Assistant for our New York office. This position will provide administrative support to our Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group.

Requirements

• Strong background in financial responsibilities
• Maintain attorney calendar and coordinate attendance to conference calls and meetings
• Responsible for administrative tasks including document creation, editing, and preparation of letters
• Handle confidential information as necessary
• Maintain lawyers' contacts lists in Outlook and InterAction
