The role involves providing administrative support to the team, including managing diaries, typing legal documents, and assisting with compliance matters. Requirements
- Diploma in legal secretary studies or other tertiary degree
- At least three yearsâ experience in a similar secretary or assistant role
- At least twelve monthsâ experience as legal secretary, ideally in a property/real estate team and experience completing monthly billing
- Previous experience and proficiency using Landonline, PPSR and ADSL
- A confident user of the Microsoft Office suite
