Dentons US LLP is seeking a Legal Recruitment Coordinator to join its highly collaborative Legal Recruiting team. This is a hybrid position that requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of legal recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm or similarly fast-paced professional services environment
- Experience coordinating recruiting efforts across multiple offices and practice groups
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and high recruiting volumes with accuracy, discretion, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
