We are looking for a Talent Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR support to our European Region, with a focus on Czech and UK-based personnel. This role combines hands-on operational HR responsibilities with coordination of people processes and strategic collaboration across European offices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working with C&B and other HR data
- Experience with HR systems
- Knowledge of Czech work environment
- Understanding of Czech labour code
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical and technical thinking
- Native Czech speaker with advanced proficiency in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
