Job Description
Join Dentons Italy Team today and work on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of transactions, with a 360-degree approach spanning from project financing, M&A, project development, project contracts to legal due diligence exercise on the full set of energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad.
Requirements
- Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110
- At least 6 months of experience in the field of Project, Energy and Infrastructure
- High level of English (Certificate C1)
- Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession
- Attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
