Requirements

• Maintaining accurate and complete customer data in the ERP system
• Collaboration with the customer service and finance departments
• Function as a local point of contact for ERP-related questions
• CRM administration and user support
• Monitoring data quality and completeness in CRM
• Creating regular reports and dashboards
• Supporting analysis of sales performance, customer activities, and commercial KPIs
• Collaboration with finance and sales teams
• Supporting commercial processes
• Operational support for commercial initiatives
