IT Business Partner, Operations & Procurement

Refresco is a leading global independent beverage solutions provider. We are seeking an IT Business Partner, Operations & Procurement to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a team of business and functional analysts to deliver IT business solutions and drive digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), computer science, data science, or related field
• 5 years of programming, systems analysis, or implementation experience
• 5 years of experience leading teams
• Experience in manufacturing companies preferred
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations
• Experience working with third parties and implementation partners
• Experience working with international teams in a global, 24x7 environment
