Job Description
Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to lead the adoption and implementation of their SureSmile portfolio for Orthodontists and General Dentists. The role involves managing a portfolio of practices, providing training and support, and driving utilization growth and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent dental industry experience
- 5+ years in orthodontics; chairside/treatment coordination strongly preferred
- Consulting/training/process improvement experience in an ortho setting
- Experience supporting clinical teams and treatment consultations
- Familiarity with digital dentistry workflows (DICOM/STL, treatment planning software, CAD/CAM, 3D printing)
- Strong consultative communication, analytical problem-solving, and operational follow-through
