Job Description
Responsible for sales and dealer management in the district, develop and maintain key end-users account and drive growth to achieve the business target and ensure a sustainable business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical science or above
- 4-5 years experience in FIEs in medical device industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing front line sales people and dealers of medical consumable goods
- Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good coaching skills
- Result-oriented and with strong business acumen
- Innovative and with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
