QA Supervisor

Dentsply Sirona is looking for a QA Supervisor for their production site in Badia Polesine, Italy. The position is responsible for ensuring inspection activities on materials and ensuring quality personnel are properly trained and informed about applicable procedures.

Requirements

• Ensure internal audit processes, calibration activities, complaint investigations, non-conformity investigations, and CAPA are carried out in accordance with company standards
• Ensure quality personnel are properly trained and informed about applicable procedures
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, and other standards related to the medical device sector
• Ability to balance individual and team responsibilities and contribute to a positive work environment
• Familiarity with sampling plans (ANSI, AQL, etc.)
• Qualification as an internal auditor
• Knowledge of good laboratory practices
• Experience in quality control for medical devices or similar sectors
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Preferably able to interpret mechanical drawings
• Basic knowledge of using calipers, microscopes, digital scales, optical comparators
• Understanding of ERP system functionality (SAP/AX)
• Team-oriented mindset
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent knowledge of Italian
• Knowledge of English (B2 level is sufficient)
• Orderliness and accuracy in data recording and proper archiving
