Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for our production site in Badia Polesine. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including reporting, and collaborating with business functions to support cross-functional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or any other scientific-mathematical field
- Experience in a medical device production environment and product realization process
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and advanced statistical analysis
- Knowledge of the ISO 13485 standard, MDR, and other related to the world of medical devices
- Teamwork predisposition
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in the Italian language
- Good level of English (B2)
- Ability to balance individual and team responsibilities and contribute to a positive working environment
- Familiarity with sampling plans (ANSI, AQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP/AX) operation
- Order and precision in data registration and correct storage
