Sales Director, Direct Sales

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Sales Director to lead the Canadian direct sales organization, driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer loyalty across national and regional Key Accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership and sales experience in the dental/healthcare/consumer sales industry.

Requirements

• Own the Canadian direct go-to-market strategy
• Deliver annual revenue, margin, and product mix goals
• Strengthen customer engagement through account planning, joint business reviews, contract management, and execution of performance goals
• Lead, develop, and coach 6 Regional Business Managers and their field teams
• Directly oversee national and strategic Key Accounts
