Requirements
- Achievement of quarterly sales targets
- Gather and report market intelligence
- Salesforce updated daily
- Key account retention and development
- Accurate customer profile data collection and record keeping
- On time reporting back to the sales manager
- Promote products directly with dentists and professionals
- Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and clinical understanding
- Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of clients
- Act as direct client contact to address and resolve client concerns
- Measure and report success of sales performance and activities
- Record all sales activities and market intelligence
- Assist with monthly analysis of sales and implement action to ensure achievement within agreed parameters
- Self-directed learning, proactive and effective involvement in training and development
- Ensure understanding and adhere to all compliance requirements
- Work as part of a team, providing back up and coverage and sharing responsibility across the Dentsply Sirona business
- Utilize and leverage other team members and functions to maximize sales outcomes for both customers and Dentsply Sirona
- Supports and joins calls with new hires
