Job Description
Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Senior SAP Finance Process Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA Finance strategy, oversee solution architecture, and build high-performing teams. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including multiple S/4HANA Finance implementations or migrations
- Deep knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP, IFRS, or local statutory requirements)
- Proven experience leading large, complex ERP transformation programs and other financial initiatives
- Operational expertise or a background in operational department at supervisor level
