Job Description
Dentsply Sirona is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in AI product development to join the Machine Learning Engineering team. The role will involve leading AI/ML projects, designing and implementing advanced AI/ML architectures, and collaborating with AI/ML scientists to translate research into production-ready systems.
Requirements
- Master's in AI, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 to 6 years of software engineering experience
- Experience with complex technical projects across teams and cross-funcational collaboration
- Experience with AI system design and architecture
- Experience with scalable machine learning deployment
- Experience with MLOps and automation
- Experience mentoring engineers
- Experience building end-to-end systems as a software engineer (or equivalent)
- Experience in one of the ML model development libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
