The role involves developing relationships with dental professionals, conducting product presentations, and driving consistent pipeline and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent dental industry experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of proven success in business-to-business sales
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, quotas, and key performance metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities
