Brand Educator - Mt Pleasant, MI

The Brand Educator is responsible for educating consumers about Diageo brands during events, promoting brand awareness, and building trust with consumers. They must have a deep understanding of the brand and be able to translate that knowledge to consumers in a relatable way.

Requirements

• Actively engage and educate consumers at the point of experience, purchase and consumption
• Humanize the brands and build trust of consumers through education
• Regularly complete digital training for market brand and programs as directed
• Distribute Diageo premiums to consumers
• Follow Responsible Server Guidelines and report Guideline violations
• Pre-merchandise accounts with Diageo point-of-sale (POS)
• Maintain appropriate appearance for consumer engagement
