Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team. The role is responsible for supporting operational finance activities, ensuring accurate reconciliations, timely payments, and compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, maintain process documentation, and ensure audit compliance.
• Maintain media supplier accounts and strengthen supplier relationships by performing monthly reconciliations, communicating on payments, differences, and credit notes.
• Book and prepare sundry supplier payments.
• Track overheads and maintain proper accruals in the books in line with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Escalate issues promptly to the Operations Manager and suggest action plans for resolution.
• Provide accurate and timely information to support external, internal, and client audits.
