The Associate Director - Programmatic role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building end-to-end campaign strategy across brands, and managing a team of programmatic specialists. The role involves developing and owning programmatic campaign planning, execution, and strategy functions for client accounts, as well as implementing advance targeting strategies and managing multiple brand accounts.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in an agency environment
- Deep expertise in planning and execution of branding and performance mandates
- Expertise in building PPT decks and running client meetings
- Deep expertise in DV360, TTD, Amazon, Criteo, and Xandr DSP platforms
- Experience with DMPs, CDPs, and ad-servers (Google CM360, Adobe, Flashtalking, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and other reporting tools
- In-depth understanding of all YouTube ad formats, frequency, and reach planning as well as executional expertise
- Proven experience in scaling programmatic offerings within an agency environment
- Familiarity with identity solutions, privacy regulations, and other industry initiatives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
