Content Producer

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Podcast & Digital Content Producer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can transform ideas into compelling audio-visual content.

Requirements

• Act as the showrunner for multiple active podcasts, managing end-to-end production.
• Coordinate with guests, internal teams, and external stakeholders to schedule and execute recordings.
• Collaborate with creative, editing, social media, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with the overall vision.
• Oversee production workflows including shoot planning, vendor coordination, and execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Stay updated on social media trends, pop culture, and digital content formats to keep content relevant and engaging.
• Work closely with the production lead to report progress and provide feedback.
• Contribute to ideation and development of new shows and content formats.
• Maintain strong relationships with external collaborators, creators, and partners.
