Enterprise Data Consultant

Lead a defined set of interdependent enterprise data projects to ensure successful delivery of required outcomes. Partner with functions, regions/markets to drive solutioning, education, adoption, and use of enterprise data model, data definitions and guardrails, MDM data products, and improve data maturity and quality.

Requirements

• Strategic and operational leadership with the ability to align global initiatives to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across executive and technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of emerging data technologies and trends (AI/ML, data mesh, automation).
• Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and change at a global scale.
• High emotional intelligence and intercultural competence.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation (BRDs, FRDs)
• Hands-on experience in change management and adoption strategies
