The Growth SVP will shape Dentsu's growth trajectory, driving integrated new business efforts, and elevating the organization’s competitive position in the market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, growth, or senior leadership roles within a media, creative, or integrated agency environment.
• Proven record of accomplishment of winning large‐scale, competitive, integrated pitches at the highest level.
• Deep expertise in media, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing and cross channel‐ strategy.
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to build strong internal and external partnerships.
• Highly organized, detail oriented‐, and able to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Thrives in fastmoving, ‐high pressure‐ environments with a “whatever it takes” mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams directly and cross functionally‐, inspiring confidence and clarity.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate client needs into compelling, integrated solutions.
