Job Description
Helpdesk, troubleshooting, and day-to-day technical support responsibilities for the Win/Mac user environment. Manage and maintain the Win/Mac environment at a reliable and consistent service level. Ensure information security policies and controls for data, systems, and services are appropriately in place and functioning as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3~5 years experience in a Windows XP/7, Mac OS X, and Windows Server 2008/2012 environment.
- Minimum 3~5 years experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on Macintosh and Windows workstations and laptops.
- Minimum 2~3 years experience with Windows Server 2008/2012 administration and support.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
