Job Description
We are looking for a Lead AI Consultant to join our team at Merkle. The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, several years of experience in AI consulting, software engineering, or data, and professional fluency in English. The role involves client-facing delivery, internal enablement, AI practice and solution architecture, and ecosystem building. The ideal candidate will have a forward-looking mindset, AI-first orientation, and practical literacy in generative AI tools and agentic frameworks.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data, or a closely related technical discipline
- Several years of experience in AI consulting, software engineering, or data with direct client interaction and delivery accountability
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory and German a nice to have
- Strategic foresight over reactive execution
