Job Description
At Merkle, a dentsu company, we power the experience economy. We're looking for a PHP Developer to join our team. Key responsibilities include participating in the entire software development cycle, identifying security and usability issues, and mentoring new software engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with PHP
- Academic background in IT or equivalent
- Strong working experience and knowledge with PHP from 7.3 to 8.1
- Clear understanding of OOP, Design Patterns and anti-patterns, and SOLID principles
- Working experience with relational Databases DBMS
- A good understanding of project tools (Atlassian OR git/svn...)
- Experienced with testing layers (unit, integration, and functional testing)
- Knowledge in algorithms and distributed systems
- Proficiency in English
