Requirements
- Execute creative concepts with copywriters and Creative Director
- Contribute innovative thinking and develop big ideas
- Present creative concepts to clients with confidence
- Translate concepts into strong visual designs
- Take ownership of creative deliverables
- Ensure creative work embodies brand tone, positioning, and identity
- Deliver impactful design executions that drive measurable results
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the design team
- Serve as main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management
