Implement and execute SEO initiatives to maintain, develop, and exceed client performance targets, driving end-to-end organic visibility across search engines and generative AI platforms.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with exposure to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or AI-driven search visibility.
- Strong expertise in keyword research, intent modeling, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
- Solid technical SEO knowledge, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and technical audits.
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms and concepts such as LLM persona testing, prompt optimization, and generative answer ranking.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and basic BI dashboards.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable SEO/GEO strategies.
- Strong understanding of E-E-A-T principles and how they influence organic visibility across both traditional and AI-driven search environments.
- Experience collaborating with product, content, engineering, data, UX, or media teams to deliver integrated organic growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
