Job Description
Lead and scale commerce and retail media capabilities, shaping strategy, driving operational excellence, and partnering with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in media, commerce, retail media, or digital marketing, with significant leadership experience
- Deep expertise in retail media networks, commerce strategy, and performance media
- Proven ability to lead complex forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning efforts
- Strong executive presence with experience managing senior client relationships
- Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
