Talent Acquisition Specialist with German

Merkle, a dentsu company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with German to join their international team in Belgrade, Prague or Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and the IT industry, with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with international and local candidates, crafting engaging outreach messages, and collaborating with HR and Legal Departments.

Requirements

• Have a great passion for recruitment and especially the IT industry
• Have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role
• Be details oriented and with a can-do attitude
• Think and act agile
• Be responsible, reliable, organized and with a professional approach and communication skills
• Speak fluent German and English
• Be willing to help and enjoy being independent and taking ownership
