Registered Nurse (RN) - Sloan's Lake Primary Care Clinic (PRN)

We are recruiting for a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) - Sloan's Lake Primary Care Clinic (PRN) to join our team! The RN will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting to diverse patients, families, and community members throughout the lifespan.

Requirements

• Implement evidence-based plan with patient in coordination with healthcare team
• Develop, modify patient care and treatment plans as indicated by patient’s responses and conditions
• Provide safe, appropriate nursing care and patient education in an ambulatory clinic setting
• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient situation
• Communicates findings to patient and appropriate healthcare team members
• Partners with patient and interprofessional healthcare team to review assessment and plan measurable goals and outcomes and strategies for achievement
• Support interdisciplinary healthcare team through supervision, education, and training of other clinic team members
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
• Prepare patients for, and assist with examinations and treatments
• Direct and supervise less skilled nursing/health care personnel
• Promote positive patient experience
