Job Description
We are recruiting for a mission-driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Wellington E. Webb Center for Primary Care in Denver, CO. The RN will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting to diverse patients, families, and community members throughout the lifespan.
Requirements
- Implement evidence-based plan with patient in coordination with healthcare team
- Develop, modify patient care and treatment plans as indicated by patient's responses and conditions
- Provide safe, appropriate nursing care and patient education in an ambulatory clinic setting
