Job Description
Denver Health is recruiting a motivated RN Care Coordinator - Ambulatory Care (PRN) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of clinical experience and a strong customer service orientation.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in nursing
- 1-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital, acute care, home health/hospice, direct care or case management
- RN-Registered Nurse licensure in Colorado
- BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
